This home is located near the world-renowned Siesta Key Beach, where you can enjoy the beach's crystal-clear blue waters. You are only 7.6 miles from the world-renowned Lido Key Beach, where you can kayak through the mangroves. When you are ready to adventure, head over to Saint Armand's Circle, where you will find exquisite restaurants and lovely boutique shopping. As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a spacious and beautifully decorated living area that is perfect for lounging with family and friends. There is a large “L” shaped sectional with a smart TV. Adjacent is the dining room that has a table overlooking the pool, that can accommodate up six comfortably. The fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and quartz countertops, with a lovely waterfall countertop makes meal prep a breeze, and the adjacent is the sliding glass doors leading out to your outdoor retreat! Step outside to the screened lanai area and you'll find a private pool that's perfect for taking a dip or soaking up the Florida sun. The outdoor patio set is easy to enjoy time with your loved ones while taking in the beautiful Florida weather. In good faith I gave my money to Gulf Coast and when I arrived at home it was not ready for guests. I have to resort to the people with VRBO to get involved and help me get things right. Save yourself a terrible surprise when you open the door to your next Gulf Coast Vacation rental!!!
