Sunny Palms Haven is a spacious 4 bedroom, 2 bath single story home just 5 miles from Anna Maria Island and IMG Academy. We're in a quiet residential neighborhood, close to beaches, restaurants, shopping and everything the area has to offer.

The private primary suite is on the opposite side of the home from the other three bedrooms, giving parents, grandparents or couples a little extra privacy.

Primary Suite: King bed, Smart TV and private pool access
Bedrooms 2 and 3: Queen beds and Smart TVs

Kids' Room: 2 twins and 1 full bunk bed
• 2 folding chair beds with linens for toddlers and children

Both bathrooms have custom tile showers, double vanities, plenty of towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hair dryers.

The home also includes a fully stocked kitchen with cookware, dinnerware, utensils, spices and small appliances, a Ninja coffee maker and reverse osmosis drinking water. You'll also have two living spaces, Smart Roku TVs, 500+ Mbps WiFi, games, children's books and an LG washer and dryer.

☀BRINGING YOUR DOG?☀
We're happy to welcome 1 approved, house trained dog per stay for a $200 non refundable pet fee.

To help keep the home comfortable for everyone:
• Dogs must be house trained

• Dogs are not permitted on furniture or in the pool

• A leash is required outside the fenced yard

• Dogs must be crated indoors when left unattended

• Excessive barking or disturbances may require alternative pet arrangements

• Breed verification is required due to our insurance guidelines

• Certain breeds and all exotic animals are not permitted

Please let us know about your dog before booking. Unauthorized pets are not permitted and may result in a $250 additional cleaning fee and cancellation of the reservation in accordance with platform policies.

☀GOOD TO KNOW☀
• A Rental Agreement and House Rules must be signed before arrival
• The home is most comfortable for 6 to 10 guests, but can accommodate up to 12

• Guests must be 25 or older unless accompanied by a parent

• Pool heat is scheduled to 85°F. Pool temperature cannot be guaranteed below 70°F outdoor temperature or during inclement weather


• Guests have exclusive use of the entire home, pool, screened lanai, fenced yard and garage

☀SECURITY☀
Visible exterior motion activated cameras are located at the front door and side garage door. The side garage camera is directed toward the pool equipment and AC area.

Door sensors are also provided throughout the home. They chime to alert you when doors are opened, providing an extra layer of security and peace of mind, including around the pool patio.
