About this apartment rental
Autumn season is here. APP ST vs JMU 2 night special( Wed&Thurs night) Also from Aug 30th thru Nov 15th, Stay 4 nights for $740( All my fees included in that price). Stay 3 nights for $550( All my fees included in that price) Amenities include 2 pools 2 hot tubs, ( after mid October just the Indoor pool and hot tub are available, pool table, exercise facilities plus gorgeous mountain views from our balcony combined with a peaceful, quiet place to relax and chill. Sept/Oct/Nov slots available so get yourself booked or inquire about discounts for week/weeks long stays to see Autumn Colors, App State games, Acorns and Antlers Singer Songwriter Week(Sept 23rd-26th, Land of Oz Sept weekends, Wooly Worm Festival in October. The weather is usually Sunny, dry Crisp and cool I have early booking discounts for OCTOBER (mid-weeks) already priced in. Autumn Colors here in the Blue Ridge Mnts is absolutely gorgeous

This lower level end unit condo at
Echota on the Ridge is impeccably
furnished and has everything you
need for your next getaway. Peace &
Tranquility offers a great kitchen with
granite counters, that is fully stocked. having been in the hospitality industry, we feel it has anything you may need for your needs.
A dining area with seating for four,
cozy living room with a
and flat screen TV with cable and
streaming apps capabilities. GAS FIREPLACE IS NOT OPERATIONAL IN OUR HOME AT THIS TIME.
Peace & Tranquility's master bedroom
has a King bed, TV with cable, and en
suite full bath and second bedroom
has a Queen bed, TV with cable and
streaming capabilities, and a second full bath. You
can access the deck from master
suite or living room area. End unit
location gives you unobstructed
layered mountain view which will
inspire you anytime of year. The view from the porch is gorgeous as every sunrise is eloquent and different yet peaceful and quiet. OWNERS HOST FEE is only for Cleaning Fee and Community Enforced Daily Amenities Fee
As a guest at Echota on the Ridge, you
will also have access to all the
amenities of this popular destination,
including indoor pool and hot tub in the winter months and outdoor pool(May till October) Both clubhouses offer a very large Great Room that has a very large Big Screen TV and a fireplace with tons of comfortable seating to watch a sporting event. Pool Table is just in the other room there.

You will also be centrally located to all
the High Country has to offer and it's
an easy drive to Boone, Blowing Rock
Valle Crucis or Banner Elk. Just
minutes away is skiing/snow tubing at
Sugar Mountain, Beech Mountain and
Appalachian State Mountain in the winter, and in the summer, you are near Mountain Biking at Beech Mnt or Ziplining at Hawksnest, Live music at so many venues each day, Breweries, Winery's and of
course tons of shopping and
restaurants. The entrance to the
beautiful Blue Ridge Parkway is also
just minutes away. AWD or 4WD recommended but not required in the winter months.
- Pets are absolutely not permitted in Echota Resort unless they are licensed service animal. Vest and tags must be with you and your dog. And please let me know ahead of time. There is an additional $75 non refundable fee.
There are some steps down to get to the lower level where the condo is located.
Guests of Peace and Tranquility have access privileges to all the following Echota amenities:
- Indoor & Outdoor Swimming Pools and Hot Tubs.
If you needed a larger accommodation, we also rent a Townhome( Altitude Adjustment on Echota on the Ridge)that can sleep up to 8( 6 adults and 2 children).
Stay longer than 6 days and get discounts. If you are interested in MONTHLY RENTALS, please message me and we can discuss discounted rates up to 25 percent !!!!
When staying in North Carolina, you would receive a cessation of taxes on accommodation rentals reaching or exceeding 90 days if you stay 3 months. This means an additional savings of 12.75 %

This is a really nice unit and with absolutely amazing view. The best surprise was this unit faces East, so the sunrises are spectacular and worth getting up early to view! Echota is very conveniently located for sightseeing, grocery stores, really good restaurants and Grandfather Mountain.Paul responds quickly and patiently answered all my questions. Just know this is the bottom unit of the 3 stories so you have to go down steps, but the view is just as nice.We will definitely be coming back.

Yes, everything was in good order. It was nice of the owner to reach out to us during our stay to ask if we needed anything or had any questions. We have been staying at various condos in Echota on The Ridge since 2014 and this is the first time an owner has reached out to us.
