Located in Centro, this lovely condo for $165 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Luxury Apartment in the Puerta del Sol and next to the Plaza Mayor, the Royal Palace and the best museums, theaters and shops of the city, Restaurants, Tapas. Logically well connected and close walking distance to all the sights of Madrid. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, large living room, kitchen, 3 balconies. Located on the second floor is very bright. The building has two elevators. Fully equipped for your comfort: Air Conditioning and Heating, Movistar TV Smart TV, Football, Formula 1, MotoGP, etc, ADSL Fibre Optic. The apartment has everything needed to accommodate up to 6 guests, bedding, toalllas, dishes, dishwasher, microwave, hair dryers, etc., to make you feel as comfortable as at home. We rented this great apartment of 120 m2 newly refurbished (July 2014), 4m high ceilings, sunny, central and charming and luxury. It's in the street Marques Widower of Pontejos in Puerta del Sol, downtown, within walking distance of the most interesting places in Madrid. It is the perfect place if you are looking for quality accommodation, economical and quiet in the city center, to feel at home. You can walk to most sights of Madrid. The APARTMENT - EQUIPMENT The apartment is on the second floor of an elegant building with elevator. The furniture and all the equipment is new, quality and design. It is therefore an apartment with all amenities and is perfect for relaxing in the evening after a long day of sightseeing. The apartment consists of: * Master suite with king bed, closet and private bathroom, also has a lot charming terrace pedestal with breakfast or coffee, cups, etc. * Room with two beds, cupboard. * Possibility of 2 extra beds. * Can sleep up to 6 guests. * Other Bathroom with shower. * Kitchen with everything you need to cook and eat in the apartment. The neighborhood In spite of being in Puerta del Sol is located in, ideal for rest without noises in the night silent street. Guests can experience the famous nightlife of Madrid from its own center and all amenities. Getting around Metro, Bus and Taxi (Puerta del Sol) Kilometer Zero Other highlights The apartment has been completely renovated and furniture and kit is totally new to EXTRENAR. Deposit: The guest must provide a deposit of 200, - € in cash or card. It will be refunded at the end of the stay.

The most thoughtful owner ever. Lovely apartment with great location . many extras that usually are never supplied. Coffee pot and a French press and supplied tea and great coffee( also decaf) the microwave was easy to use

We had a very nice greeting from Jose who was flexible and greeted us at the apartment when we arrived! He also arranged for a taxi to take us to the airport when we departed!

The apartment is on a one-way street, well lit, safe, very comfortable, on the 2nd floor, and has an elevator. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 baths - master en-suite bathroom. The other bathroom is across the hall from the 2nd bedroom. The kitchen is well stocked with anything you could need!
Bed was comfortable - plenty of pillows. Plenty of hot water and great water pressure. Lots of towels! The tap water is fine to drink. Soap, toilet paper, coffee, tea, and spices are all available.
Grocery store and restaurants are very close by.
There is a wonderful blue folder with everything you could ask for, including directions for the apartment, local shops, restaurants, and sites to see.
The apartment is in the center of Madrid so some street noise is expected.
If we return to Madrid we would definitely stay here!

Very well located apartment, a few steps from the Puerta del Sol and metro station. Walking to Plaza Mayor was a breeze!! The unit is in good condition and the host is extremely attentive to your stay. The only downside of the unit is that due to its location you should expect some noise during nights or very early morning. Overall I would stay again in this apartment specially on summer in order to fully take advantage of natural ligth, and the balconies.

I just returned from a 4 night stay at Angel's apartment in central Madrid. The location is fantastic, being right in the middle of everything. There's easy access to public transportation and endless choices for dining. The apartment is spacious, clean and secure. Angel is a wonderful host. He's the most responsive host that I've dealt with in all of my years using Vrbo. I've already made an additional reservation to return to this property in June.

Angel, is very organize, punctual, helpful. easy to communicate and very quick to answer your questions, He made sure that we have everything we need for our stay. He thought of every single thing that his guest will possibly need including a good hair dryer and hair curlers. He did above and beyond the expectations of a good host. He got a taxi for us and helped with our luggages.
The apartment was clean, well decorated and spacious. You cannot beat the location…it’s at city center and everything is walkable.

I can’t fault this lovely apartment, Angel was very helpful and made everything so easy. The apartment was in a great location and close to all the main tourist attractions. There were great bars and restaurants all in walking distance and Angels recommendations were fantastic. Would definitely recommend and would visit again. Madrid was a fantastic place to visit for the weekend and this was a perfect base.

It was super clean, was well laid-out, two very nice bathrooms, great air conditioning, and is extremely well located - within walking distance of many things and only two blocks from the Metro. Angel’s property is amazing. It’s comfortable, has everything you need, and is in the best location. There is a cute coffee shop, Arabay, right outside the door and you are steps from Sol and the Plaza Mayor. We walked most places, but also used the metro quite a bit. You will not regret staying here. I would not stay anywhere else in Madrid. Angel is the best host. I hope to return soon! Thanks, Angel, for everything!

We loved this location as it was an easy walk to many attractions or if you prefer the Metro is a quick 3 blocks away. Our host Angel, met us at a later check in due to flight delay and was very friendly and easy to work with. If you want to be near the action but not too close, this is an excellent option.

Property was as advertised. Good central location and was able to walk to most places within 30 mins. Property was well cleaned prior and we had no issues with water pressure or hot water temperature for the showers. Angel met us for checkin and provided the needed details. He also kept in touch with us during our stay. I would have no issues staying here again when visiting Madrid.

The place was appropriately represented with the pictures. There was construction on the street which produced noise but nothing Angel could do about that. It was in a building with a Hostal so there was some loud people in the night at times outside which we think were in the building but could have just been walking through the area. Angel was responsive and a good host and the price was reasonable for the 2 bedroom 2 bath flat.

Angel greeted us personally to welcome us to his property. He allowed us to drop off our luggage prior to check in since we had an early incoming flight. The property decor was very appreciated by my two teen daughters. Very colorful and cheerful. Location is excellent if you want to be close to activity, shopping and a great access point to many things to see. We enjoyed our stay.

Great location. Steps away from shopping, restaurants, Plaza Mayor on one side and Puerto del sol on the other. Angel was a great host and even offered to get us airport transfer at 3AM. The apartment was very nice, with high ceilings and all rooms have a small balcony.

This apartment offers everything you would look for when traveling. It is the perfect location, it’s is beautifully decorated with everything you have in your own home, and the host, Angel, goes over and above. He greeted us at the apartment, showed us where everything was, had a welcome bottle of wine for us, gave excellent recommendations for restaurants and tapa bars, and arranged for transportation to the airport when it was time to leave. I can’t say enough good things about Angel and his apartment! Thank you Angel for making the last few days of our vacation so memorable.

The apartment is clean and comfortable. Puerto Del Sol and Plaza Mayor we’re extremely close as we’re many other attractions. There is a 24 hour market across the street. The neighborhood is plagued with graffiti but the building is safe and secure. Angel is a wonderful host and often checked in by text to make sure that all of us were doing well and enjoying ourselves. Overall it was a great place to stay.

We really loved this apartment. The location is great. Love the high ceilings. Beds were comfortable. Separate bathrooms is a real plus. Great to be able to do laundry. And we have had some responsive owners, but never anyone like Angel. He is top notch. Our stay could not have been better.

Highly, highly recommend! We have stayed in many VRBOs and the quality of this one is above and beyond; perhaps the nicest we have stayed in! Many places, the host or owner seemed to have furnished it as cheaply as possibly, but that is definitely NOT the case for this apartment - you feel like you are in a luxury hotel suite! The linens (towels & bedding) are hotel quality as well. The location of the building is excellent - you should absolutely book this apartment for your stay in Madrid. Finally, Angel is an expert host ... quickly responds to messages via VRBO as well as WhatsApp, was waiting for us at the building upon our arrival in Madrid, provided welcome drinks & snacks, gave a great tour of the apartment, shared restaurant recommendations, and booked our taxi to the airport!
