The host is super communicative and provided so much fun and insightful information on the area.The only drawback and this isn’t by any means the hosts fault; the neighbors next door have a motion light that constantly goes off and on all night long and it’s incredibly bright in the bedrooms. Because of this we never got more than 5 hours sleep each night we were there. The house is darling and the area is so peaceful and quiet.

I’d stay here again on my next visit to Medford. Super clean (and I’m very picky about a place needing to be clean), plenty of kitchen amenities and not far from many local shopping places.
