Hôte qui a à cœur de bien nous recevoir.
La maison est très confortable, rien ne manque, on sent que les hôtes ont tout mis en place pour que le séjour se passe au mieux.
La maison est hyper bien entretenue. Nous n’y sommes restés qu’une nuit mais on pourrait y rester 8 à 15 jours sans problème tant elle est bien équipée. Elle dispose de deux terrasses, nous n’avons pas eu le temps d’en profiter malheureusement mais si vous envisagez de rester plusieurs nuits à Lucques, vous pouvez choisir cette maison les yeux fermés.
Gros point positif, les deux vélos qui permettent de se déplacer librement sans se poser de questions, un vrai bonheur.

Nice modern property with very good appliances all quite new and in great condition. Complimentary toiletries and breakfast snacks. Host is extremely nice and helpful. Two air conditioning units means you can keep the whole apartment cool. Rear enclosed terrace is also nice.
Parking bay is a bit tight as is vehicle access off the main road. A washing machine would be a nice addition. Neither of these points are showstoppers for me.

De accommodatie en locatie.
Bij een verblijf van meerdere dagen, zou het handig zijn als er vochtige vloerdoekjes of een dweil in de appartement aanwezig zijn. Dan zou het verblijf wat mij betreft, perfect zijn.

Η Μικέλα και ο Μαουρίτσιο ήταν οι πιο φιλικοί οικοδεσπότες που έχω γνωρίσει, και είμαι Level Genius 3. Η καθαριότα άριστη και ο εξοπλισμός του καταλύματος υπερπλήρης. Υπήρχαν πάρα πολλά υλικά για προετοιμασία πρωινού, υπήρχαν 2 ποδηλατα για βόλτα χωρίς έξτρα χρέωση και χωρίς να το διαφημίζουν.
Όλα ήταν τέλεια, δεν υπήρξε κάτι που δεν μου άρεσε και δεν έχω ποτέ ξαναβάλει τέτοια άριστη βαθμολογία.
