Great location.
Clean and nice flat overall.
Top notch kitchen equipment.
Good decoration and furniture.
Washer dryer is super useful.
If the issues i mentioned below are fixed, this flat will be close to perfect.

- low windows with no safety barrier, very dangerous for kids. 5th floor.
-No support in the shower for soap shampoo... It's a very cheap item and very annoying not to have
-chairs screws were loose and i was about to fall from one. I bought a hex key and tightened all chairs screws.
- Pillows are super cheap and unconfortable.
- living room AC doesn't work and the bedroom one makes some storm noises, not acceptable for this kind of flat and for the price we paid.
-Bed room tv is in the way of yhe window knob it can easily be damaged if not careful, it should be moved like 20cm to the left
-Our sleep was ruined by the AC, cheap pillows and the wineow safety as my wife had to sleep with our kid and keep the window open as AC was broken...

La ubicación es buena,tiene muchos servicios cerca, cafetería, restaurante y la estación del metro a un paso para acercarse a oporto sin llevar el coche.
Los servicios que ofrece el apartamento incluido en el precio son muy escuetos,me refiero a las toallas y sabanas,pues éramos tres y solo pusieron para dos y tampoco dejaron sábanas para el sofá,es verdad que lo solucionaron bastante rápido.
Solo nos dejaron dos botellitas pequeñas de gel y dos cápsulas de café y por lo que se paga podrían haber tenido mejores atenciónes.
