Perfect Apartment

modern, clean, near beach and metro

A comfortable stay!

The apartment is spacious, clean and nicely decorated. The TV is so big. The kitchen is well-equipped and has everything we need. The location is excellent. Ten minutes' walk to the beach. The train station is right outside the building. We enjoyed our stay very much and will come back again.

Good size of rooms makes up most of my stays and would like to return to other places managed by Lovely stay

The size of it

There is no bins facility can be seen within the building. I contacted the customer service and was advised to dispose the rubbish bags on the street, there there aren’t many bins outside the building. Am I supposed to carry the bags and look for the bin? It doesn’t seem right at multiple levels. There seems no bathroom fan neither. There are also noise came from the neighbours and you can hear the tram tracks noise after midnight.

Excellent facilities, really enjoyed staying there, keep up the good service.

The apartment had all that we needed, and we felt like we were at home. The sofa was already made up as a bed when we arrived which was very thoughtful. The apartment had a toaster, toasty machine, iron, washing machine, and full kitchen with bosch appliances and even a hairdryer. The location is excellent with all amenities close by.

Air fans have been provided, and were used the first 2 nights as the weather was very hot at night. Only improvement that we'd suggest is to install a split system air conditioning unit for the hot nights in summer and cool weather in winter

- der Föhn - Warmwasser / Dusche / sauberer Kühlschrank - alle Elektrogeräte haben funktioniert. - der Ventilator.

- Check in: mit 16 Uhr spät. Üblicherweise ist 15 Uhr. Sehr schwierig in einem Haus mit 8 Stockwerken das richtige Apartment zu dem dazugehörigen Code zu finden. Apartments sind nicht nummeriert. Lediglich eine billige Plastikanzeige auf der Tür mit dem Hinweis das das Apartment zu Lovelystay gehört. - Sauberkeit - Apartment ist alt, Sofa durchgesessen, sehr unbequem, mit Brandloch. - Teppiche im Wohnbereich sind dreckig, auf einem Überreste der Vorgänger,- beide stehen vor Dreck - Tote Insekten an der Decke im Schlafzimmer - lange Haare an den Fliesen im Bad.
