The bed and bedding was comfortable. The bathroom was clean and everything worked well. The AC worked without problems. Overall the other units were quiet.
The reservation/confirmation process was very frustrating as they were switching payment processing providers and I kept getting reminder emails and texts saying that I had a balance due and when I tried to put in my payment information it wouldn't save the information and I had to do this 3 or 4 times. Brooke was most helpful liaising between me and the payment processor and she finally got me confirmed the day before checkin.
One evening the fan and ceiling light kept turning on after I turned it off. I can only guess that the adjoining room's control of the lights and fan were not separated into each unit unless the remote for the light/fan were mixed up.
