Good buffet breakfast and helpful staff throughout all areas of the hotel. Lovely grounds well maintained. Road outside the hotel is on the route of the monks on their early morning alms collection (6am)- no need to go into the town centre. Free daily shuttle service to / from the Night market. Rooms serviced daily.
Problem with ventilation in the bedrooms and large gaps under doors - meant that the tobacco fumes of smokers next door kept filling my room nightly. Also a leak in the bathroom sink plumbing meant my floor was flooded daily. Insistence of restaurant staff for guests to pay in cash and no charging to rooms permitted. Unfortunately the location of the hotel is outside the town centre and not within the range where tour companies are willing to pick up from - it meant for several of my excursions I had to take a taxi to a location within the pick up zone which added additional costs to my visit to Luang Prabang.

Great value and for value it was beyond belief. Top class all around. The staff, paticularly Somsak were charming and really helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful place to stay. The staff, food, rooms, pool and gardens where all amazing. Little bit far from main area but have shuttle bus and can also get a raft across river.
Very claean and staff all very helpful. Also have free bike hire .

I arrived here, after staying at a few hotel/guest houses in town. This place is over the river, across a wooden bridge, only suitable for bikes, but you can get here by car of course. Just saying. Anyhow, I loved my room, only the aircon wasn't working so good. I mentioned it and got an upgrade to a fabulous room. And they couldn't have been nicer about it. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. If you're considering Luang Prabang, save yourself the hassle and just book here. It's amazing. The pool, the fixtures and fittings. Excellent.
