Letting us check in early was greatly appreciated, really thankful for that.
Facility is super clean and services is tip-top and we really like the shower water pressure.
Location is excellent, near to station, food, city and attractions.

Location was good, room was big for Japan's standard.
Check-in process was a bit of a hassle. Water dispenser was small and suitable for cups only, difficult to refill for bottles. No shower cap was provided, and bed was too soft for my liking. Overall the hotel is still pretty good.

Great location, well appointed, plenty of room for 2 adults and 3 older kids. Staff were very helpful. The bathroom was very clean and the rainforest shower was the best of our trip so far!
Nothing really - the sitting portion of the room could maybe be a bit more comfortable but this didn’t really impact us as we could rest on the beds and angle the TV.

Location (near a family mart, bus stop, station).
It's very expensive for a basic room. As per all the other reviews, the biggest criticism is the stupidly small fridge and the dirty washer/dryer.. that doesn't actually dry.
It's a shame they've had so many poor reviews stating the same thing but they are yet to action anything.
