It has a very good location, at 10 minutes walking away from the historical city center.
The place is very clean. It had two beds which was perfect for my group (father, daughter and grandmother).
It has a small kitchen, in case you want to prepare a quick breakfast.
If you are lucky and find a free spot, you can park your car in "Piata Armelor" parking place which is two steps away from the property.
Although not an impediment, the bathroom is rather long than square which makes it a bit difficult to move. The bathroom windows is right outside in the courtyard so if somebody is using the table and chairs in the courtyard to drink beer and another person is using the toilet, that will be interesting.
There is another apartment in this courtyard. Both apartments share one wall which is not very sound proof. You can hear the other guests talking (indistinctively) or coughing.
Sometimes is hard to find a close parking place. You have to circle around multiple times or park further away.
