Location to beach
That u had to pay to use the laundry facilities. And that not all other guests followed the quiet time rules( between 1000 pm to 8 am).

Unit was clean, comfortable, well maintained, and well appointed. Location is right on the beach with direct access to beach. Beach is great for swimming when tide is up and beachcombing during low tide.
Communication from property managers was excellent.

Excellent location with great views! Very comfortable space for a family of four. Amenities as described. Very clean.
While it was cool during our July and AC was not required as a cool breeze came in nightly, the addition of air conditioning during summer months would likely be more attractive for some.
