Everything was perfect. Dinner was amazing even the vegetarian menu made specially for us. We chose a room with a private Onsen and that was the highlight of our trip.
The breakfast was healthy and delicious. We had an amazing stay and definitely we want to come back in our next trip to Japan đ„°

The property was really relaxing and quiet, which made it a very refreshing spa-like retreat. There was a lot of natural green landscape, and the building was in general very accessible and facilities were all nearby. The onsen was very nice and private, and the thermal pool with sauna and outdoor cold bath was also very enjoyable. The unlimited drinks bar was also very nice to use with the complementary water bottles.
The beds were slightly small for a size of 4 people, as each mattress was not large enough for two people to sleep comfortably side by side.

Hotel is nice, clean and great facilities
It is unfortunate that the hotel's policy regarding tattoos and pool/onsen usage was not clearly communicated, especially since this was a significant factor in our hotel selection. Additionally, the lack of information about the shuttle bus upon arrival led to an unexpected taxi expense.
The shuttle service's strict pre-booking requirement and inflexibility, even when attempting to reach a train on time, proved to be quite challenging. For instance, the shuttle for our desired time was already fully booked prior to your arrival. Consequently, a considerable amount was spent on taxi fares.
Furthermore, the absence of public transportation directly to the hotel, coupled with the steep uphill walk from the nearest stop, presented an inconvenience. It is regrettable that the hotel was unable to arrange a pick-up, despite the short distance.
On a personal note, it is disappointing that my birthday went unacknowledged. Even a request from your wife to arrange a cake, with an offer to pay, was not accommodated.
Having stayed in hotels for over 100 nights annually, this level of inflexibility from the staff, including management, is quite unusual. While the facilities are excellent, the service regrettably does not seem to justify the cost.
