The apartment was very central and made my stay much easier

Konstantinos was really helpful and met us at the parking garage to take us to the apartment. Everything was explained to us about the apartment. Konstantinos also emailed us with suggestions about places to eat and places to visit which was really helpful. Communication with Konstantinos was great. We loved the apartment, so clean and had everything we required for our stay. It was really helpful to have an organised parking space for us close to the apartment. The location of the apartment was really good and gave us a good base to walk around Larissa.

> We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It was impeccably clean, fresh, and exceptionally well-equipped. We especially appreciated the excellent heating, which kept the space comfortably warm during our late November visit.
> The location is ideal, situated right in the city center. This made it perfect for us, as we were within easy walking distance of all the city’s most interesting places and attractions.
> The hosts, Kostas and his wife, were incredibly kind and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort, particularly while traveling with a baby.
> The amenities were outstanding. The kitchen is fully functional, allowing for easy meal preparation, and the addition of a Nespresso machine was a delightful surprise. The unit also includes a washer/dryer, iron, and cleaning supplies (vacuum, mop). The bed was truly comfortable, and the effective blackout curtains ensured a perfect, undisturbed sleep.
> With a spacious closet and essentials like a night lamp, the apartment genuinely provided a true home-away-from-home experience. The dedicated parking spot (a short 150-meter walk away) was a significant convenience.

As expected for a city center location, there was some ambient city noise, but this is a minor trade-off given the unparalleled convenience and walking access to all major attractions.

Great location and super clean
Misleading description letting guests expect that the apartment has two separate rooms: 1 bedroom and 1 living room. This is totally unacceptable.
Also frequently there's a cigarette's odour coming most probably from the air-conditioning
