Wonderful stay and incredibly helpful hosts
I was very happy with my stay at Family Hotel. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming and helpful throughout my visit.
A special thank you to Jack, who helped me purchase tickets for Zhangjiajie National Forest Park and Tianmen Mountain, which made organizing my sightseeing so much easier. The gentleman who runs the hotel also drove me to the park every day, which I really appreciated. They were always ready to help with anything I needed, and I even received little cookies and treats – such a lovely touch! 😊
The accommodation offers very good value for money, and overall I had a wonderful experience here. I felt very welcome and well looked after during my entire stay.
I would definitely choose this hotel again if I return to Zhangjiajie. Highly recommended! ❤️

The hotel is located in Wulingyuan, on the northern side of Zhangjiajie, just a 7 minute ride from the North Gate of the National Forest Park.
The owners were incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed. We experienced the best hospitality we've ever had in China. I would definitely return!

The owner and worker are so helpful! They helped us book nearby attractions (without any additional pricing, we checked) and gave us a lot of recommendations for which order to do activities, what times to go, etc. They went out of their way to assist us and check up on us throughout the day. Some of the kindest people we met in all of China. The rooms are right in the centre and have comfy beds and good showers. Can’t fault it really.
