The front desk staff provided exceptional, proactive service throughout my stay. Even before my arrival, she went out of her way to collect and hold my e-commerce deliveries. Upon check-in, she thoughtfully showed me several room options so I could select the one I preferred. She was consistently patient and accommodating with my questions, offering fantastic local recommendations for exploring the area near Tianmen Mountain. Exceptional hospitality—highly recommended!
