Location, cleanliness, amenities and size. Love the washer and dryer. So convenient for us.
Wish they can provide more toilet papers. We had to buy our own because the property only gave 2 rolls, we there were 4 of us staying for 4 nights.

The property was very centrally located - close to shops, restaurants and transport. It had a washing machine (it would be good if instructions for its use was left in the apartment so we didn’t have to search online). It was clean and tidy. I liked that we could open the windows. The key pick up was easy too but be aware of opening hours if you’re arriving late.
I think a few more rolls of toilet paper could be provided for stays of 3 or more days. It can be a bit noisy as it’s so close to restaurants and the early morning rubbish collection may wake light sleepers.
