The apartment is beautiful, modern, with all the comforts, and the location is perfect. The beds are super comfortable.
Regarding communication with the staff, I think a conversation with the host would be better because the self-pickup key collection process was not clear, because it took me about 2 hours walking around with my luggage, until a local person helped me find the apartment.
Need air conditioning in the apartment, we arrived on hot days (the earth is warming).

كيفية التواصصل مع الموظفون اعتقد لو ان التواصل عن طريق الواتساب يكون افضل لان اخذ المفاتيح و ارجاعها لم تكن مفهومه وخاصتاً اني سائح لا اعتمد ع الايميل ولا طريقة الاخذ الذاتي للمفتاح لان اخذ مني الكثير من الوقت
