Niewątpliwie ogromnym plusem jest lokalizacja.

Mieszkanie było zalane, zarówno w łazience, jak i w sypialni, są ślady zalania. W łazience dodatkowo jest pleśń na suficie, zalana szafka też wygląda na spleśniają. W szafie na przedpokoju są luźne niezabezpieczone kable. Niestety dopiero po pobycie znalazłam opinie o zalaniu i są one z ubiegłego roku, co oznacza, że nic z tym nie zrobiono. Dla dzieci, alergików i astmatyków takie waruki są qręcz niebezpieczne. Ponadto włącznik światła na korytarzu rusza się, a światło nad wyspą mryga, piekarnik wydaje dźwięki jakby dochodziło do zwarcia. Panele w kuchni również są zalane. Lodówka się nie domyka.
