The property presents a typical native Filipino village vibe with thatched roofs in a quiet location away from crowds. Very quiet and perfect to relax with a cold beer and a good book in one of their cabanas on the beach. Just right to chill and relax. Very enjoyable.
Service and menu options tend to be geared towards Filipino tastes. Nothing wrong with that of course but international choices are limited if that is what you are looking for. When we were there there was a lot of construction work going on to renovate rooms and parking. It did not get in the way of a pleasant stay per se and it will be great when finished. We were told about it in advance but the extent to which the renovations are taking place was a little more than expected.

its pet friendly and less crowd in the beach. All staffs were courteous. Triple deluxe room is nice and comfortable.
I did not like casa marina queen - no closet inside this room. Very small bathroom and walls looked unmaintained. The front door needs to be checked as it rubs on the floor and the door knob is loose.

impressively clean! Even with a few cats roaming the grounds, the property remained well-maintained and free of any unpleasant odors (like cat pee or poop).
"Observed an off-leash dog wandering the cabana area today; the owners failed to notice or clean up after it pooped on the sand. Suggestion for better enforcement of pet rules to keep the beach sanitary for everyone

The beach location.
The buildings and rooms are old and need updating. There is very little storage space and no room between the beds.
