Nice breakfast all along our stay much as it was an extra cost. I advised change of towels at the bathroom. Otherwise it was modest and quite homely. John the owner became quite friendlier and close. Good people
The linen and towels need a new facelift. Otherwise the rooms were spacious and quite homely. The staff were just simple and friendly too. I even got a shave for my grandchild from the barber who shaved Marianne

We did not make use of the breakfast, as we were time restrained. But Maureen did offer to do it earlier, and we appreciate her kindness. The location is excellent, because it is in a safe and peaceful area, with lots of trees and beautiful garden and surroundings.
The extra caring gestures the staff showed us, by switching on the lights in the room, as well as switching on the heated blanket while we went out to buy some food, were very much appreciated. Thank you to Maureen and staff. You are stars!
We appreciated a fridge and the use of the small kitchen, but for the twin room it would be better to have a private coffee station and small fridge in the room itself. Sharing with other guests, especially in winter times are not an option for us, due to the winter germs and viruses that goes around. By Grace there were no other guests that shared this kitchen during our stay.

The staff are great, and they want to help. They were very kind in letting us store our bags there and have a swim.
but the house is old, the room we stayed in really not great. And for what we paid, not worth it. Sorry to say, the staff are really great, but the owners are sickly and old, and also in the house, which is a bit weird.
The rooms need a revamp, and the small room that we were in was separated by a dry wall with the next door neighbours, so you hear each other talk..
