The property is across from the beach but there is a crosswalk so you can walk, it is not far at all. Pool was clean as well as the room.
The pull out couch didn’t have any blankets, only sheets. And the parking shouldn’t have one fixed rate. We were there for one night and $50 is way overpriced .

I like the comfort it made it feel like we was at home it had everything we need to cook clean it was equipped with everything
The house didn’t smell as fresh although it look like everything was washed, but maybe because they had carpet, but it just didn’t smell fresh here like a musty odder to it.

Location was great! Right across from the beach.
Quiet.
The place was very dirty! Furniture had old stains on it, very wore out. The carpet was black with old gum embedded in it and the carpet was frayed and missing so the tacks were sticking up. We had to wear shoes inside at all times it was so dirty.
