The single floor home is perfect (and easy!) for the family to spend time together in the comfortable open living room complete with kitchen and dining areas. Craving seafood? The updated kitchen with island, is spacious enough for the whole family to help prep dinner and enjoy each other's company. The public access right down the road so you will be able to feel the sand & Atlantic waters in no time. Regardless, if you want to spend your days exploring Surf City or just enjoying the decks full of furniture to relax, Port Folio is ready to make your vacation memorable.

You'll be near the central part of Topsail Island which puts you close to restaurants, shops, Surf City Pier and more! Be sure to visit some local attractions such as the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Hospital and the Missiles and More Museum, which tells the story of our island's past.
