Relax on the screened-in private balcony with comfortable patio furniture, or enjoy the community's heated pool and hot tub just steps from the building.
The Condo
The open-concept living space is tastefully decorated and designed for comfort and convenience. The fully equipped chef's kitchen opens to the dining and living areas and includes everything you need for an enjoyable extended stay.
The dining area comfortably seats six, with two additional barstools at the kitchen counter. The living room features a smart TV, cable TV, and complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi.
For added convenience, the condo includes a private in-unit laundry room.

All renters must be approved by the condo association prior to occupancy. Upon booking, guests will receive the required HOA application and instructions. The HOA requires:
A completed lease application
A copy of a valid driver's license
Payment of the required HOA application fee directly to the HOA
At least 21 days' advance notice for the HOA approval process
Please note that the HOA application and approval are separate from the rental reservation and are required for all stays.

Excellent location between FMB and Sanibel. Property grounds are well maintained. Very close to the wonderful pool and hot tub. Host was easy to communicate with.

Everything here is shiny and new. Setting is best in the community, overlooking a lake. Assigned, covered parking is nice and close. Location is excellent, close to FM beaches, shopping, restaurants. Much of it within walking distance. Property grounds are impeccably maintained. Major amenity on grounds is the beautiful pool. Security is good, safe but not too cumbersome. Host is really nice and easy to work with.
