Welcome to our spacious, lower level,/basement perfect for a relaxing getaway. We’ve made this available because it gives us the opportunity to host guests even when we’re not traveling. This private unit offers its own entrance, providing a sense of independence and convenience. Features include:
Fully Equipped Kitchen: Includes everything you need to prepare meals.
Washer & Dryer: For your laundry needs during your stay.
Bathroom with Shower: Fresh and clean for your convenience.
Sleeping Arrangements: A cozy queen bed behind the glass doors and a full-size bed.
Living Area: A custom-built entertainment center, large sectional sofa, and a dining table for 6. Plenty of closet space available for your belongings.
Outdoor Gear: Beach umbrella and chairs for 4 guests, plus board games for entertainment

Separate entrance located at the back of the house.
Easy access to the beach right across the street.
Important Notes:
The unit is located in a family-friendly home with teenagers, so there may be some daytime noise. By 9 PM, things quiet down, and mornings will see some foot traffic during school days.

My kiddos absolutely loved this place as it was such a short walk to the beach for us to explore and it did not disappoint! Having laundry was an extra bonus to help with wet clothes. The sleeping area was perfect for our family as there was plenty of room for the kids and us. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay! Coffee outside in the morning was delightful. We found the queen bed and air conditioning very comfortable. Everything was so easy and Diana responded immediately when we texted. Perfect location!

The basement access accommodations were in a quiet, safe neighborhood with and easy uber to Salem. My best friend and I visited to explore the witch city during the middle of Halloween. The lower level of the house was accessible through a door in the backyard. The kitchen space was spacious but we chose to eat out. Just a few steps down from the kitchen was the space where we spent the most time. The living/bedroom area is a combo space with a comfy, roomy couch. The place was well-stocked with blankets and pillows. I will say they have some of the best pillows - we each slept great in our own queen(?) size beds. It was chilly during our stay so we only visited the beach once but it was easy to access and very picturesque.

Host was very accommodating for our sleeping arrangements, even providing air mattress for additional guest. The only real complaint and moving forward for the host is the bathroom size, extremely small and toilet area impossible to properly use.
