الفيلا نظيفة ومرتبة، ومطابقة للصور بل وأجمل، مع مستوى عالٍ من النظافة اليومية. كما يتميز المكان بالهدوء والأمان، والمسبح نظيف ورائع، وتتوفر شطافات ممتازة في الحمامات. الموظفون متعاونون جدًا، وسرعة التواصل والاستجابة عبر الواتساب ممتازة. الموقع هادئ وبعيد عن الازدحام، وقريب من كاتا وكارون.
كما أقدّر حسن تعامل الإدارة وسرعة استجابتهم، سواء في إلغاء حجز مكرر دون رسوم، أو توفير وجبات إفطار حلال يوميًا إلى الفيلا بعد إبلاغهم بمحدودية الخيارات.
الفراش صلب وغير مريح، ولا توجد سلال مهملات في الغرف، كما أن التكييف قد يضعف أحيانًا، لكنه يُصلح بسرعة عند إبلاغ الموظفين. كذلك لا توجد شفاطات في الحمامات، وإنما توجد نوافذ للتهوية.
بشكل عام، هذه الملاحظات بسيطة ولا تمنعني من تكرار التجربة. كانت الإقامة ممتعة وممتازة، وأنصح بها بشدة.

الخصوصية في الفيلا والمرافق جيدة وقريب من الشاطئ وجميع الخدمات (سفن آلفن وماكدونالدز وكثير محلات)

Staffs were nice. Property was clean.
We were informed on 4/6/2026 evening that there would be no electricity on the next day 5/6/2026, from 9am to 5pm. When enquired at the reception, they failed to make alternative arrangements or provide any compensation or refund. This is very disappointing, especially considering the cost of stay per day. If we are not even provided uninterrupted electricity, then what's the point of charging this price? Also, there was clogging in the shower room. I am willing to provide video evidences if necessary. I am really disappointed with booking.com's response to no electricity for 8 hours too.
