An absolute gem of a place, thoroughly enjoyed our stay, views were amazing, hosts Neil and Serena were lovely, thankyou for the extras on arrival, the victoria cake went down a treat, Owl barn is spacious and imaculately clean. Honesty pub a good feature and the paddock an excellent space for the kids and adults to relax. Electric charging for us was a plus point. Even saw a barn owl in flight whilst we were there, we love our stay
Nothing to dislike

Location a perfect rural escape! Everything we needed in the barn - it was perfect!!

Everything. The quality of the conversion and the furnishings shows a lot of care has been given to ensuring a comfortable stay. The location was perfect for us. We wanted to walk but also be close enough to a good pub and Whitby. It ticked all our boxes.

Location is remote and therefore very peaceful. Property is thoughtfully renovated to a high standard, perfect. Owners are friendly and helpful. The Stagger Inn mini pub is an added bonus.
There was nothing we didn’t like. The remote location might be off putting for some, but not us.
