Perfect location in the city center, close to all main attractions: Pantilov Park, Zenkov Cathedral, Green Bazar, Almasan Baths, Chocolate Factory. Clean. Convenient. Limited noise from the street. First floor, stairs, no elevator. Easy to get into the apartment, you receive a complete description the day before on Whatsapp. Payment directly in the apartment (cash or card). To get there from/to the airport use Yandex Go, it is very cheap (we paid only 3,5 USD for 11 km). Private parking available, you get a code from the owner to open the gate.

It's an awesome location to stay in Almaty - this apartment is clean, spacious, modern with everything you need. It has a kitchen to cook your own food, a nice balcony, it's quiet and strong working AC. Lots to like about the place. Also has a washing machine which is great to take care of laundry on your own without having to go hunt around town for a laundry service. Bonus is self check in and the smart lock on the door it's nice to not have to carry keys around. Their is a playground outside if you are traveling with kids. The host is very responsive and helpful.
The internet was unreliable at times, that is my only real issue with the place. I would say it worked 85% of the time, but 10% of the time it stopped working completely, and was slow at other times. If internet service was faster and more reliable I could rate this place a 10.

Very Clean , it provides everything you need from electric kettle to laundry powder, and walking distance to the green bazaar .
Walk up staircase. No elevator. So it’s bit challenging when you have big luggages.
