Location was great, very accessible to a lot of the popular places. Quite a comfy and cozy space.
Shower areas can be improved, looks a bit old and crusty. Shampoo quite hard to use. But if you’re using your own shampoo and body wash then all is good!

Удобное местоположение, как нам и было нужно. Очень облегчает заселение бесключевой доступ. Два взрослых и ребёнок разместились в квартире удобно. Вся бытовая техника есть: тв, стиралка, микроволновка, холодильник
Было всего 2 кружки (а нас три человека). Оценку из-за этого снижать на стал, может лучше нужно было поискать по шкафчикам, но я не нашёл.

The owner Zinat was very accommodating. They provided with all the necessary information about checking in on time. The apartment is a bit old but everything was clean and comfy. The kitchen has all the necessary stuff such as utensils, kettle and even a washing machine. The bedroom is comfy with a nice big bed. I recommend this place for both short and long stay.

My spouse and I really liked the property. All the facilities were very well thought out, and the apartment itself was clean, beautiful, and modern. The landlord was also very kind and responsive - thank you for that! The location is great too, close to the old city center.
The only downside was the location. Inside the neighborhood it felt safe and secure, but outside the fence it could feel a bit unsettling to walk around, especially in the evening.
