Lovely location , excellent amenities, beautifully decorated .
I didn’t like waiting until 2pm for the key code via the intranet -via booking.com messenger / email .It just made me a little anxious after travelling the distance . Previously we have received the key code to properties the day before or the property was open on arrival . I understand that we are not allowed to check in until 3 pm and would have not attempted to arrive prior to that time . I can appreciate the reasoning , just that there was a delay in us receiving the message due to signal issues .

The property was lovely,immaculate and well equipped. The owners cater very well for dogs. It is also in a great location especially for walking a dog. Thank you for the milk and cafe vouchers that were in the property.
Our dislikes are really only about personal preferences.Two of us are in our 60’s and two tall ones in their 30’s but we all found the sofas too low to be comfortable. Fortunately the furniture in the conservatory was more suitable.

Nicely furnished, clean, tidy, had everything we needed.
No washing machine which would have helped with our toddler dirty/sandy clothes

Modern property with a very high standard of cleanness and decoration.
Plenty of space . Off road parking in a quiet area.
Some local walks and places to eat within a fifteen minute walk.
Personal preference but we found the double room bed a little on the hard side. Knives and kitchen scissors were blunt. The bathroom room door was needing a bit of oil it was squeaky!
