The view from the balcony is amazing
It is well equipped for a family holiday and brilliant location 5 mins to the strip
The sofa isn’t that comfy and the beds aren’t amazing, could do with more cushions and more comfy outdoor furniture
The generator is noisy by the pool

It is a nice villa, could do with update. Has everything you could want in it. Location is perfect. Close to strip but quiet.
We were a group of 5 adults, which according to site it sleeps 5, but one had to sleep on a 2 seater couch, was expecting a pull out couch. Bed are so uncomfortable, an update of mattresses would be good. Nobody came to clean the pool while we were there, so we used it for the first couple of days and not after that.

House was comfy, beds cofortable. Kitchen fine, although quite dark.pool great.hardly
Hardly no hangers for clothes.sheets were cleaned once on our 2 week holiday. Shower in main bedroom, a bit dated. You could do with a new barbeque outside. Their were only 2 cushions on the 4 chairs outside and only 2 on deck chairs that you ly on
But they did supply us with 2 new deck chairs 4 days later. Their were no one in to clean house at all.we did get towelsfew times.
