This was a nice 2 bed flat in a convenient location. Beds were comfortable. Showers were fine. I would definitely use again - but probably not in June, July, or August.
It was just stupidly hot.

Spacious, clean, and modern apartment with everything you could need. Great central location and within easy walking distance of Birmingham New Street Station.
Communication was brilliant throughout, and we really appreciated the early check-in, late check-out, and the thoughtful treats left in the fridge on arrival.
Thank you for a great stay— wouldn’t hesitate to stay again!
The apartment was very warm, although two fans were provided, which helped.
It was also extremely noisy with the windows open due to the road outside, but once the windows were closed, the noise wasn’t an issue.

It was clean and comfy. There is everything you need to stay comfortably without worrying about it. It is so close to the bullring shopping center. The staff were nice and friendly.
