Large and well furnished apartment. - 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Nice view of the city. Close to downtown, although seems to be a lot of homeless in the area.

Apartment was not properly cleaned when I arrived. Dirt covered one of the bathtubs due to a drain backup, crumbs all over the kitchen table that hadn’t been wiped down, sticky places on the floor, and no towels. Also no on site parking. The customer service team responds quickly by chat but it’s an agency - they don’t actually do the work. It took 2 days for someone to come and clean the bathtub and provide towels. Things like the dirty table and floor were never resolved. The apartment has potential but I didn’t know what, if anything, was cleaned.
