I liked the location as it was on walking distance to the train station and the center of Rome. Coffee machine was Dolce Gusto.
It was quite noisy place every night but on Friday it was crazy outside the whole night, drinking and yelling people everywhere. Also the floor in the apartment was not clean and the shower head was striking in all directions. Overall it was good.

Very good facilities.
Super Market, Restaurant, Tram, bus are in walkable distance.
Rome Termini train station is also not far away.
Best for couples not for a family because of space.
Wash Basin and Kitchen Sink pipelines are interconnected. clogged and overflowing both kitchen and bathroom.
Electricity tripped trice when you switch on the stove, oven and air-conditioning.
Induktion stove not working properly.
Far away from the centre.
If you are planning to take a public transport, you must plan one hour a head due to poor, unpredictable local transport.
Better to avoid stay during weekends, due to young crowd noise all over the night.

It was okay
The air conditioner needs an upgrade, I couldn’t sleep due to too much heat
