Villa Montreo
This beautiful family villa is located in a small Istrian village and is ideal for 6 people as it has 3 bedrooms, but thanks to the sofa bed in the living room, the villa can accommodate up to 8 people. Villa Montreo, situated on a 600 m2 plot, is the perfect family accommodation. At your disposal is the private pool with sun loungers, a charcoal barbecue, the spacious garden with swings for children and table soccer and darts on the lower first floor for even more fun during your relaxing vacation. In addition to the bright kitchen with dining area, which is equipped with everything you may need during your stay, there is a living room, a separate toilet and a bedroom with its own bathroom on the first floor. The upper floor consists of the 2 further bedrooms and bathrooms. All are air-conditioned and have a double bed. In one of the rooms on the upper floor, the bed can be split into two single beds if required. The upstairs rooms have access to the balcony where you can enjoy the view of the peaceful Istrian surroundings.The villa is located in a small village in central Istria. The location is perfect for those who want to spend a relaxing vacation. All the sights in Istria and on the Adriatic coast are still within a short drive. You can buy fresh produce directly from the farmers in the village. The typical Istrian town of Tinjan is less than 5 km from the villa. With its breathtaking scenery, this region is ideal for those who enjoy walking and cycling. In terms of gastronomy, central Istria is known for its extra virgin olive oil, prosciutto and malvasia, which are popular throughout the country. If you want to visit the beaches, you can easily reach the west coast of Istria, for example in the area of the historic town of Porec. A day trip to the Brijuni National Park, a visit to Lim Bay or the town of Porec is always a good idea.
