The first floor is open plan with a cozy living room and direct access to the outdoor area and the large pool. The living room extends into the bright and lovingly designed dining area. Here you will also find a very modern kitchen that is fully equipped for all your culinary needs. For your convenience, there is another bedroom with its own bathroom on the first floor. The outdoor dining area is perfect for relaxing moments while your family and friends enjoy the locally inspired dishes prepared in the summer kitchen. The large pool provides refreshment on warm days. Don't waste much time - book your vacation in this modern dream villa now! Villa Amoroso is only a short drive away from Porec, one of the largest coastal towns in Istria. Porec is definitely more than just sun and sea - it is a town with a long and rich history dating back to the Roman Empire. When in Porec, be sure to visit the Euphrasian Basilica, an excellent example of early Byzantine architecture in the Mediterranean. The basilica has been on the UNESCO World Heritage List since 1997. Take a stroll through the narrow streets of the city, visit the city's museums and galleries and enjoy the relaxed city atmosphere. The nearest beaches are only 4 km away from the villa and there are a variety of beaches to choose from, depending on your preferences. Porec also offers many restaurants and bars - the choice is yours! Don't miss out on visiting the interior of Istria, with its many medieval towns perched on the hills, such as Motovun, Buzet and Groznjan. Hike through the many vineyards and olive groves and enjoy the nature of Istria.
