Cozy living room, well-equipped kitchen with dining area and a bathroom are located on the ground floor, while 2 bedrooms and 2 more bathrooms are on the second floor. At your disposal are the fitness room and the tavern, which are located in the neighboring house. Both rooms can be used by guests in agreement with the owners.Villa Casa Martini is located in a small village, just a short drive from Pula and the beautiful beaches. Since the property is surrounded by green meadows and olive fields and since the villa is far away from the hustle and bustle of city life, this location is ideal for a family vacation. Casa Martini offers a peaceful vacation in the midst of breathtaking Istrian countryside, where you can go cycling, hiking or horseback riding on one of the neighboring properties. On request, the hosts can provide you with homemade products, eggs, seasonal fruit and vegetables. Beautiful towns such as Rovinj, Porec, Motovun, Labin and Rabac are easily accessible from this location. Istria is a truly incredible region known for its beauty, rich cultural heritage and excellent cuisine. The owners of the villa live next door and are available to answer any questions you may have.
