Agata House is a lovely, gorgeous house. It has an amazing pool, is very close to the beach, is unique, and has terrific views. There is a little path through the jungle to get to the beach. We went the first week of July, and we were mostly alone at the beach. Very relaxing if you like nature and you don't mind living kinda rustic. The place (other than the trash) was clean. The stars look amazing. The ocean was warm and so blue (not swimmable).
The trash in the kitchen had not been cleaned from the previous renters. The house was hot (the AC wasn't on until we got there); the house itself is a bit dysfunctional. For example, there wasn't a TV, and the garbage disposal didn't work, so the water in the sink didn't flow well. The water pressure in the bathroom was non existent, no warm water (but it was so hot, so no big deal). The fan upstairs was funky and finally made it work on the last day. Half of the lights don't work, or they flicker. We didn't know that we would be so isolated; there is a tiny little store to get the basics, but you might want to stop at a bigger grocery store before you come in there. There is also a restaurant, but it gets pricey to eat there every day. Just be prepared if you do not have transportation. Also, (I didn't mind because I love nature) there are little lizards that live inside the roof, and they come into the upstairs bedroom and also leave droppings. Therefore, that canopy over the bed is absolutely necessary.

La alberca tiene sombra con diferentes profundidades, hay una cama colgante en frente, la cama de red que está arriba es perfecta para ver el cielo estrellado, la casa tiene clima, refri, hay un restaurante en la esquina que tiene comida rica, tienda caminando y está muy cerca de la playa, todos muy atentos, amé mi estancia, sin duda regresaré 💛
