Well appointed room with fridge, MW, TV, good parking, easy access, very quiet location and convenient for early ferry or holidaying in south Wexford.
The water supply was temporarily out at very short notice but that was not the fault of the property.

Host communication excellent, extremely clean and well laid out for a quick overnight stay.
A small deck might have been useful for some work.

Location was nice. The estate was very calm and peaceful. Basic facilities like TV, oven / air fryer , microwave, toaster, kettle, cutlery, plates, etc provided.
The room is too cold. I feel the oil filled radiator is too small to warm up the entire room which also means it needs to be kept on for longer period of time to even the temperature in the room - This could be a problem in the winters but otherwise it should be fine in summer. Other than that the electric shower was over heating the water or at times it was just very cold - it was not very consistent with the temperature.
