The apartment was spacious, well appointed, and in the perfect location to enjoy historic Germantown. Food, restaurants, historic sites, thrift shops, and churches were all in walkable distances.

The property was on a quiet street and secluded. Plenty of parking. I love how each bedroom had its own bathroom and privacy.
I feel like the property wasn’t cleaned to its best potential. Area rugs were dirty and stained our socks, the walls can use a fresh coat of paint (not flat) it shows everything.

The property was very spacious, comfortable, and quiet, which we really appreciated. I loved that there were three bedrooms and three full bathrooms, so there was plenty of space for everyone in our group. There was also a comfortable sofa bed, which gave us even more sleeping space. The neighborhood was fairly quiet, and we felt comfortable walking around when we were together, although I personally would not have felt as comfortable walking alone. The host was very nice and responsive throughout our stay.
One concern we had when we first arrived was that some of the sheets on the beds had visible stains, and we also found a strand of hair in one of the beds. This made a few people in our group uncomfortable and initially hesitant to stay. We contacted Booking.com, but unfortunately, they were unable to assist us. We also reached out to the host, who was very responsive and professional throughout the situation. Since it was my wedding weekend and many of the nearby hotels were already booked, we decided to make the best of the situation and our stay. We went to the store, purchased our own sheets, and replaced the bedding ourselves. Thankfully, once we got settled in, the remainder of our stay turned out okay. Overall, the property was very spacious and quiet and provided more than enough room for our group. We appreciated how responsive the host was, but I do think the cleanliness of the bedding could have been better and should be addressed for future guests.
