Loved it! It was exactly as described in the pictures, and then in person just cozy with every thought about your stay taken care of.

The property is beautifully secluded but a quick drive to all attractions. The hosts have thought of everything. Firewood and kindling provided, all essential cooking supplies, plenty of games, and instructions for the house. We also loved the magazines and books about the location which helped us decide on our daily adventure. It was clean and comfortable and very romantic.
The bed was slightly uncomfortable and I would suggest a fitted mattress topper.

The location is beautiful secluded and in the nature. Hut is small but has a cosy vibe, despite the very strong burnt smell from the chimney making all our stuff smell smokey.
The property has signs of wear and tear, which is fine. It is a small cottage that has been around a while. There are stains, dead flies etc. Which would be understandable , what is not ok, is their company demanding a 250 aud deposit through a photograph of my credit card using a third party platform I was not comfortable with at all. This establishment is not a hotel, where a receptionist does it. It does not have a mini-bar to charge for, and it’s run-down. They refused us check in without charging my card 250 AUD, despite a fully upfront paid stay and still did not refund me the funds. I have been travelling through Australia for weeks, and it is the only place that did this and did not refund (yet). They are also uncooperative and told me it’s between me and the bank, no proof of fund reversal as of today - as I suspected from the start it was never about securing this “old shed” :)
