Little raised step at bedroom door was hazard. Kept tripping over it 😊
Mirror in bedroom was too high but probably ok for tall people. Just niggles

Comfortable house, with everything you could need plus free parking outside the front door. Comfy beds and great shower.
Great location for fabulous beach walks, places to eat and small shop on doorstep

Owner very responsive, location excellent, lots of availability of on street parking, good restaurants and pubs, easy access to the coastline (Alnmouth, Warkworth, Alnwick etc). House very good, from great crockery, fridge/freezer, kitchen units, bathroom & shower great. Beds and sofas very comfy. Good courtyard with furniture.
Difficult to criticise as minor problem, bathroom could benefit from an extractor.
Out of owners control were the dustbins in the back lane, recycling had no lid, general bin not labelled so not sure which to use. Also the living room carpet would benefit from a clean.

Nice modern house with comfy beds and a good shower. Close to pubs, restaurants, shops etc and a good base for visiting other places. Had a really nice meal at La Famiglia and Sunday lunch at the Schooner.
Managed to get all my washing done & dried in the courtyard which was an absolute bonus 😉
The kitchen tap dripped and got progressively worse the last couple of days. Also, the shower wouldn’t run away midweek so had to clear the drain cover - no biggie really but some folks may not want to do that (hubby wouldn’t). There are 3 dogs in the house next door that like to bark - the owners do shush them - but if you have own a dog then you’ll understand this happens, it’s what dogs do.
