Low price and low quality, for one night is okay.

Location is okay, parking easy.

Very strange smell in the flat. Door between living room and bedroom broken. Bedroom does not have any window. Toilet almost impossible to use, very uncomfortable as the toilet cover can not be fully open due to the position of the water tank. Sink in the kitchen was clogged. Television was not functioning.

I would not recommend this property.

Unfortunately, we had a very unpleasant experience. The check-in process was problematic: we were unable to enter the apartment due to access issues. After our journey, instead of being able to check in normally, we had to spend our time trying to resolve the situation together with Booking.com customer support. Neither we nor Booking.com staff were able to reach the host. As a result, we had to urgently find and book alternative accommodation, which significantly disrupted our time in the city. According to Booking.com’s procedure, we also had to wait another 45 minutes for the host to respond, even though by that point we had already spent about an hour trying to get into the apartment. I believe that if guests pay for their accommodation in advance and arrive at the agreed time, the host should ensure that they can actually access the apartment. In our case, this did not happen. The hosts finally contacted us at around 10 p.m. asking whether we had managed to enter the apartment. By then, we had already been forced to find another place to stay on our own. I cannot recommend this accommodation, especially if you are visiting Vienna for business, have a limited amount of time, and need to rely on a smooth self-check-in process. Being able to enter an apartment you have already paid for should not turn into a separate challenge.

El piso estaba muy bien y limpio

No me enviaron ningún código para la llave. Llamé y no me cogieron el tlf. M mando sms diciéndome q quien era y q quería. Le explique q había alquilado el piso y necesitaba dirección real y código (xq la dirección daba confusión incluso para gente q vivía en la zona). Finalmente a los 30 minutos m dio código y pudimos subir. No había llave del portal y nos llamaron varias veces a lo largo de la noche al portero, porque casi todos los alojamientos eran de alquiler vacacional y nadie tenía llaves del portal. Aún así el piso es bastante cómodo y tranquilo
