Some improvements needed

Appartment is well located. Beds are good.

Appartment offers minimum comfort and is on the 4th floor, which was not clear from the description. Only 1 key per group of 10p which is not enough. Some furniture is broken (Coffee machine, Showerdoor)

You pay what you get!

Nothing except the location

The stairs are not flat and dangerous. The lock on the door is broken in the bathroom. Shower curtain is broken. No closets amd anywhere to hang stuff at all. Place is dirty. Broken windows frame. Repair after notifying. Sink is too small in the bathroom.

A place to lay our heads that’s all.

Cute inside

Nowhere do you say you have to climb 9 flights of very dangerous and uneven winding steps to get to the apartment on the top floor. No lift and I’m pretty much wheelchair bound due to awaiting a hip replacement!!! No welcome pack like milk or bread or complimentary drinks, bottled water etc. Not even a teabag or coffee in sight!!! No aircon and it was 37 degrees / useless fans half of which didn’t work. Dirty backstreet location where we saw a homeless man bleeding having cut himself and screaming loudly obviously with mental issues!

Never again.

Great location, easy to find and navigate.

The day before our trip (Thursday), I was contacted and informed that, due to flooding, the large apartment we had originally booked for our group could no longer be provided. Instead, we were offered two separate apartments: Urban Flat 44 Parisian Apartment in Paris Center Urban Flat 209/249 Saint-Denis We had specifically booked one large apartment so that our group could stay together. After reviewing the proposed alternatives, I contacted your team and asked whether you could provide either two more suitable apartments closer together or, preferably, another large apartment that would accommodate our entire group. My request was refused, and I was told that the only alternative was to accept the two apartments or receive a refund. Given that we were due to travel the following day, this placed us in an extremely difficult position. A refund at such short notice was not a realistic solution, as it would not have given us enough time to find and secure alternative accommodation for our group. As a result, we felt we had no practical choice but to accept the two apartments offered. Unfortunately, upon arrival, we encountered several issues. The apartments were not presented in a clean condition, and the air conditioning was broken. This was particularly problematic as Paris was experiencing extremely hot and humid weather during our stay. These issues significantly impacted our comfort and enjoyment of the trip. In addition to being separated across two apartments despite booking a single large property, we experienced further inconveniences that fell well below the standard we expected when making our reservation. Given the short-notice change, the lack of suitable alternatives, the condition of the apartments upon arrival, and the issues with the air conditioning during exceptionally hot weather, I believe compensation and a partial refund are justified. I would appreciate your prompt response and a fair resolution to this matter.
