Balcony view of gulf, nice kitchen and dining area, location, clean condo.
We had no parking passes. Could not reach management by phone. I did reach someone by email to let him know about not having parking passes to fill out. He confirmed I would need valid parking passes. Did not hear back from him, was constantly worried that my car would be towed. When no owner contact provided, Avari should have a customer service number that gets answered.

My favorite was the view
That it was under construction and I was not told. It was very noisy and got woke up by the loud jack hammer

Nice patio and view of the Gulf (but east facing so no sunset).
2 bedrooms, 2 baths providing adequate space for our group.
The door code did not work upon arrival - there is no on-site support and phone support was only OK but was eventually successful.
No accessible restrooms in a lobby after a long day of travel and an hour finally getting the right code to get into the condo.
The door handle was very flimsy and it was hard to trust that the lock would work a second time if we went down to the pool or out for dinner.
The location is at the very end of the peninsula so there were no walkable restaurants from the condo.
