I have stayed at TriLuxe on 2 separate occasions whilst working in Ft. Myers. The property was exceptionally clean and comfortable with pretty much everything I needed. Convenient to supermarkets and shops and 10 minutes drive to Ft. Myers beach. I will definitely stay here again the next time I’m working in Ft. Myers
Although there is a microwave in the room a cooktop or oven would have been extremely useful for making some food

The inside was very clean. Newer appliances. Comfy bed. Clean bathroom.
The outside yard was dirty and had garbage around the grounds. Lots of garbage across the street.

We only stayed one night - very late arrival and early departure - so we didn’t really utilize much other than bed and the mattress was AWESOME! Very clean and has been recently renovated. Check in was very smooth and good directions provided
Point of contact is a management company, not the owner. No issue, I just prefer dealing with owner.
Management company required copy of license or passport - who knows if that information is s protected or deleted post stay.

Apt was nice inside with comfy bed, kitchenette, table. Very clean. Had a question about AC, and got prompt response from calling landlord.
No coffee. Neighborhood was sketchy, although apt inside was fine. Had to wash dishes and take out trash before leaving.
