What a cute little gem in a hidden forest, which are rare in Iceland! Seen other examples of bubble hotels and was worried it would not meet our expectations. Luckily, this was even more than we expected. The walk up to the bubble is adorable. We were met by

Everything was amazing! Staff was welcoming, bubble was clean and comfortable, bathroom w/ showers clean and well kept, kitchen supplies were clutch.
Sad we didn’t get to say goodbye to the dog before we left :(

We loved the experience - the bubble was great and as constantly warm air is pumped in, the temperature was just perfect in spite of 4°C outside. The two showers were good, no wait. We loved the free Nespresso in the morning
Nothing we disliked. If I had a wish, though, I'd love to have a small hot spring (thermal pool) to bath in before/after a night in the Bubble, it just would be the icing on the cake! ;))))

It is a beautiful forested, hilltop location. The bubble tent is a novel and fun way to spend a night under the stars. The bed was very comfortable and warm. It had heated blankets should you need them.
The price. At over USD400 for a night you get a bed with no headboard and bench at the end of the bed. There is nothing else. There is nowhere to sit comfortably.
There is a trailer in the parking lot containing a small kitchen and a couple of showers and toilets. There was coffee and tea and we were able to borrow a couple of glasses to take up to our bubble tent. The bubble tents are at the top of a steep hill and along various paths at the top. You have to carry your bags to your tent, not a big deal for us but some of the other guests struggled with the hill. One guy offered me $10 to carry his bags up. There is another portable structure containing two toilets with wash basins at the top of the hill, basic but clean. The bubbles were not as private as you'd like, and you could see into ours from the path leading to several other bubbles. That said the other guest seemed to be pretty respectful of each other's privacy...at least as far as we know. There is wifi at the parking lot structure but not at the tents. Make sure you get dinner before you arrive and bring any snack or drinks you need, this place is pretty isolated.
At half the price, I think this would have been expensive for what it is.
