The hotel is clean and well maintained. The rooms has a table, chair, cooker top, microwave and fridge. There is a laundry that you can use. The hotel is geared towards long stay guests so there is no breakfast or daily cleaning. the rooms are better priced than those downtown, particularly if there is an event in the city centre.
The hotel is about 1.2 mile walk from the nearest train station and it is 1 hour on the train to get to the city centre so you need to plan accordingly.

Newer construction, modern new appliances (including an induction stove top!) and design, staff was friendly even when clearly busy.
Slow internet access (there is an option to upgrade speed for an additional cost), lowish water pressure, room was clean but the floors were dirty, had to wait for the room to be ready when I arrived after 3pm. Also the tap water tasted a bit off, not enough to bother me, but it might be a problem for others.
