This lovely hotel is really well located close to the beach and with a view of the jungle. The room was large and very clean with a large terrace. The bathroom was large and clean. There was a large older TV with countless channels but unfortunately no Netflix. There was an electric kettle and a medium-sized refrigerator. Wifi worked well in the room but not so well at the pool.
The hotel's swimming pool is very large, and the water is lovely and clean. The area by the pool is cozy. There are sun loungers for everyone, but it can be difficult to find shade in the middle of the day.
The breakfast was not a buffet like before. Because we are few guests, breakfast is a la carte. But it is tasty and ad libitum. Personal wishes were also fulfilled, for example we got cheese one day and every day there was a large plate of fresh fruit, really nice.
The staff behaved very friendly and welcoming and gave the whole thing a homely atmosphere.
When we visited the hotel two years ago there was a free minibar in the room, it is no longer there. On the other hand, you can get free bottled water at the reception and there is also a coffee machine where you can draw all the coffee you want to drink.
Two years ago it was also possible to borrow bicycles which was super nice when you need to get around the area, this is no longer an option, on the other hand you can rent a scooter right across from the hotel.
It is also possible to get help from the staff to rent a car at a good price, just ask Victoria.
We say a big thank you to the owner Victoria and the other staff. We hope we will have the opportunity to stay here again.

Very clean, spacious rooms, comfortable bed, nice view overlooking the pool area. The staff were super nice and so helpful, very friendly and service minded.

Хороший отель, все хорошо
При заселении нас не предупредили что идет ремонт дороги. Весь отпуск мы жили с грохотом с 7 утра до 17 вечера (укладывали ливневки), долбежные работа с 7!!!! утра. И это тихий отель, удаленный, в тихой зоне. Конечно мы спали с бирушами до 8-9..а потом досыпали на пляже. Пляж рядом с отелем мелкий, грязный и очень много людей, преимущественно европейцев. Муж отказался даже идти на пляж, ходила один раз на разведку-хватило.
Отель безусловно советую, но нужно уточнять на счёт работ в отеле, рядом с отелем, так как эту информацию не сообщили.
Было нашей ошибкой оплатить онлайн сразу весь период проживания.
До пляжа дойти пешком можно. Но без мотоцикла или такси в этом отеле делать нечего.

Sehr freundliches Personal.

Ansprechende Poolanlage.
Die Einrichtung des Zimmers war total lieblos, das Zimmer war riesig und man fühlte sich durch die spärliche Einrichtung total verloren darin, es war nichtmal ein Stuhl beim Schreibtisch vorhanden. Da könnte man viel mehr aus den Zimmer machen mit entsprechender Einrichtung. Die Badewanne hatte risse. Das Zimmer müffelte ausserdem wenn die Klimaanlage nicht lief. Das Frühstück war okey aber auch nicht herausragend. Die Preis/Leistung stimmt hier überhaupt nicht. Viel zu Teuer für was man dafür bekommt. Da gibt es viel tollere Hotels in Phuket zum gleichen Preis, welche ausserdem auch zentraler sind.
